摘  要:党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在继承中华民族传统文化中的教育思想和立足中国特色社会主义实践的基础上,站在历史和时代的制高点就教师队伍素质提出了一系列新思想、新论断,形成了习近平新时代教师队伍建设思想。新时代面对瞬息万变的国际社会竞争、新型人才的社会需要,我们必须以习近平新时代教师队伍建设为指引,全面提升教师素质、加强教师的教学能力。当前,我国高校教师队伍建设还存在着与新时代发展要求不相适应的阶段性特征。因此,必须全面、准确、科学贯彻习近平新时代教师队伍建设思想并切实落实到各高校教师建设中,全面打造德高身正的教师队伍,提升教师的教学能力和职业素质。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has stood on the basis of the history and the commanding heights of history in the inheritance of the Chinese traditional culture and the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. He has proposed a series of new ideas on the quality of the teaching staff. The new thesis formed the thought of the construction of the teacher team in Xi Jinping's new era. In the new era, facing the ever-changing international social competition and the social needs of new talents, we must take the guidance of Xi Jinping's new era of teaching staff as a guide to comprehensively improve the quality of teachers and strengthen teachers' teaching ability. At present, the construction of college teachers in China still has some stage characteristics that are incompatible with the development requirements of the new era. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively, accurately and scientifically implement Xi Jinping's thinking on the construction of teachers in the new era and implement them in the construction of teachers in all colleges and universities to comprehensively build a team of teachers with high moral integrity and enhance the teaching and professional qualities of teachers.
