浅析MOOCs对国家开放大学资源供给的可行性

摘　　要：MOOCs(Massive Open Online Course)即"大规模的在线开放课程",对普通全日制高等教育及成人开放教育教学资源建设模式产生极大影响。这类平台为学习者提供了大量开放、免费、专业水平高、在线成本低的教育教学资源,推动了优质资源的共享共建,满足不同层次学习者多样化的学习需求。国家开放大学应在原有网络学习平台的基础上将现有MOOCs资源加以运用,建立国家开放大学资源供给的新模式,更好地实现国家开放大学的可持续发展。MOOCs (Massive Open Online Course) or “Massive Open Online Courses” have exerted a great influence on the construction of teaching resources for general full-time higher education and adult open education. The platform of this kind can provide learners with a large number of open, free, high-leveled, professional, low-cost online educational teaching resources, promoting the sharing and co-construction of highquality resources and meeting the diversified learning needs of learners at different levels. The national open university should make use of the existing MOOCs resources based on the original online learning platform, establish a new model of supplying resources, and promote the sustainable development of the national open university.
