摘 要:本文通过CiteSpace对Web of Science数据库中近六年共6268篇研究的题录进行分析并绘制图谱,结合对具体文献的回顾,整理归纳出在组织层面、人际层面及个人层面三个维度上影响企业员工知识共享行为的因素。结果发现在各个维度上都有涉及到信任,因此本文进一步通过文献整理,将信任按照员工共事的时间长短分为快速信任和情感信任,并总结了他们对企业员工知识共享行为的影响。最后给出相应的管理建议。In this paper, 6268 studies in the past six years from the database of Web of Science have been analyzed and mapped with CiteSpace.Combined with the review of the specific literature, the factors influencing the knowledge sharing behavior of enterprise employees in the organizational level, interpersonal level and personal level are summarized.The results showed that trust was involved in all dimensions. Therefore, through literature review, this paper further divided trust into swift trust and affected trust according to the length of time employees worked together, and summarized their influence on the knowledge sharing behavior of enterprise employees.Finally, the corresponding management suggestions are given.
