摘 要:在经济全球化的浪潮激荡过程中,高等教育国际化逐渐成为诸多国家的国家意志与重要战略的"构件",而文化的内在规定性是高等教育理论发展和逻辑思考的基点,文化作为高等教育国际化的内容和生成环境的作用与价值也日益显见。但近年来"文化"一词被滥用与庸俗化,文化的本质被忽视与误解,从而导致高等教育国际化发展受阻。基于文化的本质特征,探索文化与高等教育的内在关联,并从文化流变的角度反思高等教育国际化中的问题。Agitate in the tide of economic globalization, in the process of internationalization of higher education has gradually become the national will and important strategy of many countries in the "component", and inherent regularity of culture is the basis of the development of higher education theory and the logical thinking and culture as the content of the internationalization of higher education and the role and value of generating environment has become more obvious. However, in recent years, the word "culture" has been abused and vulgarized, and the nature of culture has been neglected and misunderstood, thus hindering the international development of education. Based on the essential characteristics of culture, this paper explores the internal relationship between culture and education, and reflects on the problems in education internationalization from the perspective of cultural evolution.
