摘  要:在世界各国深化基础教育课程改革的背景下,发达国家纷纷从战略高度审视和强化教材建设与发展,努力提高教材质量。尤其是不断加大教材管理办法、质量标准和评价标准的研制和改进力度,在教材评价标准研制依据、评价内容维度及具体指标、评价方法及工具等方面形成了特色。剖析发达国家教材评价标准的特点,借鉴发达国家教材管理的经验,有助于完善我国中小学教材评价标准,加强和改进我国教材的开发、管理与建设。Under the background of global education development and curriculum reform, developed countries are strengthening the construction and development of textbooks and making efforts to improve the quality of textbook from a strategic perspective. While strengthening the improvement for administration procedures, quality standard and evaluation criterion of textbook, some features have been shaped in evaluation principles, domains and indicators, and methods and tools.Making a deep analysis of the features of textbooks evaluation and management experiences in developed countries could bring us some enlightenments on innovating local evaluation standard of textbooks and exploring effective measures and suggestions on improving and intensifying textbooks development and management according to the practical situation of China.
