摘 要:融合教育背景下校园文化建设分为4个方面,即学校融合文化、组织架构、社区参与、信息技术手段应用。创造具有归属感的融合文化是促进融合校园建设的基础,在校长领导、全校参与的组织架构中积极推动教师协同教学、同伴支持,将信息技术与融合教育结合,为学生提供个别化技术支持与更好的校园环境,与社区建立信任伙伴关系,为学校融合教育建设提供稳定环境。Campus construction in the context of inclusive education, consists of inclusive culture, organizational structure, community involvement and information technology application. Creating inclusive culture with a sense of belonging is the basis for promoting the construction of inclusive campus. Promoted by the inclusive leadership framework and the whole school approach, the teachers should actively adopt team teaching and peer support, and schools should combine computer technology with inclusive education to provide individualized technology for students and support better campus environment. On the other hand, schools should build reliable partnership with the community, and provide stable environment for school’ inclusive education construction.
