摘　　要：随着电商物流的迅猛发展,物流企业的用人标准也在发生变化。现代学徒制培养的人才能精准对接产业发展状况,针对企业的用人标准,精准育人,满足现行物流企业的需求。广东科学技术职业学院物流管理专业在实践探索中总结出物流管理专业现代学徒制人才培养模式改革的路径,并就实施过程中校企合作、教学组织、教学方式、双创融入、教学评价等关键问题进行分析和思考,提出了建设性的意见。With the rapid development of e-commerce logistics,the employment standards of logistics enterprises are also changing.Talents trained in modern apprenticeship system can accurately dock with the development of the industry.According to the employing standards of enterprises,it can accurately educate people to meet the needs of current logistics enterprises.Through the practical exploration,the logistics management specialty of Guangdong polytechnic of science and technology summarized the reform path of talent cultivation mode of modern apprenticeship in Logistics Management Specialty,and considered the key problems of school-enterprise cooperation,teaching organization,teaching methods,integration of double-creation and teaching evaluation in the implementation process,and puts forward constructive suggestions.
