摘 要:在应用型本科院校中,良好的编程能力和工程实践能力是衡量人才培养质量的关键因素,也是用人单位比较看重的素质之一。因此,以项目式教学为手段,融入学生的帮带式辅助教学,在实际的编程类课程中进行探索。实践结果表明:项目式教学效果良好,激发了学生的学习热情,提高了学生的多项技能,同时也达到了专业课程教学的目的。并且,从长远来看,这种模式对教和学的主体和客体、对教学模式的深入改革都有着深远的影响。In applied undergraduate colleges and universities, good programming ability and engineering practice ability are the key factors to measure the quality of personnel training, and also one of the qualities that employers prefer. In this paper, project-based teaching is used as the major means, which integrated with the students' help as the assisted teaching, and it is explored in the actual programming courses. The practical results show that the project-based teaching has a good effect, arouses the students' enthusiasm for learning, improves the students' many skills, and achieves the teaching goal for the professional course. In the long run, this model has a profound influence on the subject and object of teaching, and on the further reform of teaching mode.
