摘  要:职教能力是高职教师专业成长和高职院校持续发展的重要因素,公共基础课教师同样需要具备相应的职教能力。高职公共基础课教师的职教能力主要包括素质教育能力、社会实践能力和教研科研能力。立足于高职公共基础课教师职教能力现状,从学校和教师两个层面阐述了高职公共基础课教师职教能力提升策略。Vocational education ability is an important factor for the professional growth of higher vocational teachers and the sustainable development of Higher Vocational colleges. Teachers of public basic courses also need to have corresponding vocational education ability. Vocational teaching ability of public basic course teachers in higher vocational colleges mainly includes quality education ability, social practice ability and research and teaching ability. Based on the current situation of vocational education ability of teachers of public basic courses in Higher Vocational colleges, this paper expounds the strategies of improving vocational education ability of teachers of public basic courses in Higher Vocational Colleges from two levels of schools and teachers.
