摘 要:以铁皮石斛花为材料,通过单因素和正交试验对超声-乙醇法提取铁皮石斛花总黄酮的工艺进行研究。结果表明,超声波乙醇法提取铁皮石斛花总黄酮的最佳工艺为乙醇体积分数80%,料液比1∶35(g∶m L),超声温度40℃,超声时间50 min,在此条件下石斛花总黄酮提取率最高,为2.31%。对超声-乙醇法提取的铁皮石斛花总黄酮进行抗氧化的活性测定,试验结果显示铁皮石斛花总黄酮对DPPH·、·OH有明显的清除作用,当质量浓度达10 mg/m L时,其清除率分别为89.77%和80.01%。Using Dendrobium officinale flowers as raw materials,the extraction process of total flavonoids from D.officinale flowers with ultrasonic-ethanol synergistic extraction was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimum process parameters were ethanol concentration 80%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶35(g∶ml),ultrasonic temperature 40℃,time 50 min.Under the above conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from D.officinale flowers was the highest of 2.31%.The antioxidant activity of the total flavonoids from D.officinale flowers were studied,and the total flavonoids had better scavenging ability on DPPH·and·OH.When the concentration was 10 mg/ml,the scavenging rate of DPPH·and·OH were 89.77%and 80.01%,respectively.
