摘  要:中医药事业的发展关键在于中医人才的培养。目前人才的培养方式主要有师承教育和院校教育两大类,其中尤其以院校教育为主。作为院校教育的参与者,为了培养更高素质的中医人才,我们仔细分析了师承教育和院校教育各自的优劣,从师承制中获得启发,将师承制的优势结合进院校教育,形成实践能力"贯通式"培养的中医学实践教学人才培养模式。The key to the development of traditional Chinese medicine is the cultivation of TCM talents.At present,there are two major types of training for talents:mentor-disciple education and college education,especially in colleges.As a participant in college education,in order to cultivate higher quality TCM talents,we obtained inspiration from the mentor-disciple system by carefully analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of mentor-disciple education and college education,and we combined the advantages of mentor-disciple system into college education,forming a talents training mode of"connected"practical ability in traditional Chinese medicine practical teaching.
