摘 要:元宝枫叶中含有较丰富的脂肪酸等营养成分,试验对生长期(一个月)元宝枫叶中的单宁进行跟踪检测,通过钨酸钠-磷钼酸比色法,控制加热时间、温度和料液比等条件进行单因素试验和正交优化试验,对单宁含量进行测试,根据测定变化的规律,得到优化的检测条件为:水浴温度70℃,加热时间40 min,样品稀释倍数1∶90(g/m L)。提取元宝枫叶中单宁的含量为338.9 g/kg。The Acer truncatum Bunge leaves are rich in fatty acids and nutritional composition. The experiment tracked the tannins in the Acer truncatum Bunge leaves during the growing period (one month). The single factor experiments and orthogonal optimization experiments were carried out by the colorimetric method of pretreatment of different levels of heating time, temperature, and ratio of feed to liquid by the method of sodium tungsten-phosphomolidate. Through the law of the change of the determination of tannin content, the optimized test conditions were obtained: bath temperature 70 ℃, the heating time 40 min and the sample dilution multiple 1 ∶ 90(g/mL). The content of tannin extracted from the Acer truncatum Bunge leaves was 338.9 g/kg.
