摘 要:随着食品行业企业对人才的道德修养、人格品质、职业道德等提出了更高的要求,高职思想政治教育工作受到社会的高度关注。在高校开展教育教学过程中,思政教育是提升食品专业学生道德素质的有效途径之一。食品包装技术作为食品加工专业一门重要的专业基础课程,本文围绕课程思政教育的探索与实践,结合本门课程特点,初步探索了《食品包装技术》课程思政实践的设计和有效途径。With the food industry enterprises putting higher requirements on the morality, personality and professional ethics of students,the ideological and political education in higher vocational education has drawn great attention from the society. In the process of education and teaching in colleges and universities,ideological and political education is one of the effective ways to improve the moral quality of students major in food science. Food packaging technology is an important professional course in food processing specialty. Based on the exploration and practice of ideological and political education and the characteristics of this course,this paper tentatively explores the design and effective ways topractice the ideological and political educationon the course of food packaging technology.
