摘  要:Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease characterized by a broad spectrum of clinical manifestations.Although great progress has been made in understanding the contribution of genetic and environmental factors in SLE pathogenesis,as there are over 20,000 published studies evaluating related cellular dysfunction,111 the exact mechanisms that underline this process are still unknown.Over the past 10 years,novel insights have mainly originated from genome-wide association(GWAS)and gene expression studies.
