摘 要:分别采用国家标准MPN法、纸片法、改良MPN法(R-MPN)和疏水网格滤膜法(HGMF)对50个海水及牡蛎样品进行检测。结果表明,R-MPN法和HGMF法的检出量比另外2种方法高,差异显著(P<0.05)。纸片法的特异性最高,其次是HGMF法,R-MPN法和MPN法的特异性相对较低。本文通过比较4种副溶血性弧菌检验方法的检出量和特异性,以期为今后的检测方法改进提供参考。In this paper,50 seawater and oyster samples were tested by national standard MPN method,paper method,modified MPN method(R-MPN)and hydrophobic mesh membrane method(HGMF).The results showed that the detection of R-MPN method and HGMF method was higher than the other two methods,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The paper method had the highest specificity,followed by the HGMF method,and the R-MPN method and the MPN method had relatively low specificity.By comparing the detection amount and specificity of the four Vibrio parahaemolyticus test methods,it is expected to provide reference for the improvement of the detection method.
