摘　　要：高校教师转型的新馆员是图书馆的特殊群体。文章分析高校教师转型为图书馆员的原因,剖析新馆员面临的挑战,对新馆员角色的重新定位进行了阐述,以期帮助教师型馆员找到准确的职业定位,顺利步入图书馆这一新的工作领域。The librarians who used to be university teachers are a special group.This article analyzes the causes why university teachers convert into librarians and the challenges they will meet.In the end,role reposition of new librarians is elaborated.This article aims at helping“teacher type”librarians have an appropriate position and work as an excellent librarian.
