摘  要:作为跨学科研究领域,戏剧治疗学诞生的历史较晚。戏剧治疗核心因子涵盖戏剧性游戏、情景演出、角色扮演、演出高峰和戏剧性仪式。戏剧治疗学在中西文化交流、促进人类心理健康过程中发挥重要功能。从理论与临床医学视角看,西方国家在戏剧治疗研究方面已经取得丰硕成果。兼具医学与文学艺术跨学科特征的戏剧治疗学与中国传统文化休戚相关。然而,戏剧治疗学在中国并未引起足够重视,在学术研究方面刚刚起步,在临床医学和社会效应方面与中华文化“走出去”战略规划尚存差距。Drama therapy, as an interdisciplinary research area, has been enjoying a comparatively short history. Besides, drama therapy bridges the China and West through different disciplines, and enhances human mental health in the event of its features as dramatic games, performance, role play, performing climax and dramatic ritual. A large amount of academic achievements have been accomplished in the Western academic circle from both theoretical and clinical perspectives. Drama therapy characteristic of medicine and liberal arts is correlated with Chinese traditional culture. Relative studies, however, has been somehow overlooked. Chinese academic circle is yet to be engaged in such a cause as drama therapy. There is still a gap between the studies on drama therapy and such strategic layout as“the going out of Chinese culture”, which is much worthy of further explorations.
