摘  要:一流本科教育实质是一流的人才培养。一流的人才培养意味着要培养具有实践能力、跨界整合能力、创造能力、批判性思维的拔尖创新人才。为了实现这一目标,需要破解高等教育的"四个断裂"问题:高等教育与工作世界的断裂、通识教育与专业教育的断裂、学科分化与学科综合的断裂、教学活动与科研活动的断裂。整合"四个断裂"需要实现四个融合:产教融合、通专融合、学科融合、科教融合。First-class undergraduate education is essentially the cultivation of first-class talents. The training of first-class personnel means to train top-notch innovative talents with practical ability, cross-border integration ability, creativity and critical thinking. In order to achieve this goal, we need to solve the problem of “four breaks” in higher education: the break between industry and higher education, the break between professional education and general education, the break between discipline differentiation and discipline synthesis and the break of research and teaching. The integration of the “four breaks” requires the realization of four integration: the integration of enterprises and vocational schools and colleges, the integration of professional education and general education, the integration of disciplines and the integration of research and teaching.
