摘　　要：现代学徒制是将传统的学徒培训与现代学校教育相结合的教育制度。新工科理念要求工科教育必须支撑、服务、引领以新技术、新业态、新产业、新模式为特点的新经济的发展。如何在现代学徒制模式中融入新工科理念,常州信息职业技术学院作为第二批现代学徒制试点学校与“苏州三星”共同探索出了以企业联盟与专业集群(Multiple alliancesand Multiple professionals)相对接的现代学徒制新模式。Modern apprenticeship is a new education system that combines traditional apprenticeship training with modern education. The new engineering concept requires that engineering education must support,serve,and lead the development of a new economy characterized by new technologies,new formats,new industries,and new models. How to integrate the new engineering concept in the modern apprenticeship model,the Changzhou College of Information Technology as the second batch of modern apprenticeship pilot schools and“Samsung Suzhou”jointly explored a new model of modern apprenticeship that is linked by multiple alliances and professionals.
