摘　　要："识名师、择名师、悟名师、超名师"是学习名师的十二字要诀。在明晰十二字具体含义的同时,还要理清彼此之间的关系:识名师是基础,择名师是前提,悟名师是关键,超名师是归宿。The recipe for learning from famous teachers is “gaining a deep understanding of famous teachers, selecting famous teachers, perceiving and comprehending famous teachers, and transcending famous teachers”. Having clarifi ed the connotation of the recipe, we should untangle the relationships between them: understanding is the basis, selection is the premise, perceiving and comprehending is the key, and transcending is the destination.
