摘  要:在当前强化、张扬学生个性的教育背景下,陶行知先生的生活教育思想体系——"教学做合一""生活即教育""社会即学校"对教育、教学仍极具指导意义。教师在教学和管理中应尽可能更新角色观念、完善管理理念、改进教学方式、构建新的学生评价体系,体现教育的"实用性";将"教、学、做合一"思想与新课程理念结合起来指导实践,培养学生的主动探究能力;克服传统教学中单纯重视知识传授的痼疾,激发学生学习的兴趣、积极性,把提高核心素养与实践能力的新素质教育落实到实处。Under the education background of strengthening and publicizing students individuality,Tao Xingzhi s life education thought system--“unity of teaching,learning and doing”“life is education”and“society is school”are still of great guiding significance to education and teaching.In the teaching and management,teachers should try their best to update the concept of role,perfect the concept of management,improve the teaching method,and build a new student evaluation system to reflect the“practicality”of education.Combine“the unity of teaching,learning and doing”with the new curriculum idea to guide practice and cultivate students active inquiry ability;In order to overcome the chronic malady of traditional teaching,which simply attaches importance to knowledge imparting,stimulate the interest and enthusiasm of students in learning,and put into practice the new quality education to improve the core quality and practical ability.
