摘 要:成人教育有别于普通高等教育,一方面成人有自己的世界观、人生观、价值观,而且有自己的职业需求,要树立正确的学习观;另外一方面,从学习需求上来讲,让他们自觉去学习,主动去学习则相对比较容易,当学习成为一种需要和享受,才能够提高教学效果。我国的成人教育模式无法实现医学成人教育的培养目标,针对目前问题,课题组主要从课堂教学方法进行了改革,经过对课堂教学组织以及成绩形成进行了探索,取得了良好的效果。Adult education is different from general higher education.On the one hand,adults have their own world outlook,outlook on life and values,and have their own professional needs,so they should establish a correct outlook on learning;on the other hand,from the perspective of learning needs,it is relatively easy for them to study consciously and actively,when learning becomes a reality.A need and enjoyment can improve teaching effectiveness.Adult education model in China can not achieve the training objectives of medical adult education.In view of the current problems,the research group mainly carries out the reform of classroom teaching methods.After exploring the organization of classroom teaching and the formation of achievements,good results have been achieved.
