摘 要:目前高等院校师范生专业实践能力培养存在着由"知识本位"偏向"技术本位"、专业实践能力培养参与主体积极性不足、培养效果不如预期、"学而有余、练而不足"等问题。对师范生专业实践能力培养认识狭窄、管理不规范、课程体系设置不科学,以及激烈的社会竞争环境使师范生专业实践能力培养参与者动力不强是其主要原因。解决这些问题要创新师范生专业实践能力培养模式,整合师范生专业实践能力培养课程体系,采取有力措施调动师范生专业实践能力培养参与者积极性,建构合理的实习质量考核和保障机制。At present,there are some problems in the cultivation of Normal University Students' professional practical ability,such as the shift from knowledge-based to technology-based,the lack of enthusiasm of the participants in the cultivation of professional practical ability,the training effect is not as expected,"learning is more than enough,practice is insufficient" and so on.The main reasons for the lack of motivation of the participants in the training of normal students' professional practical ability are the narrow understanding of the training of normal students' professional practical ability,the irregular management,the unscientific curriculum system and the fierce social competition environment.To solve these problems,we should innovate the training mode of normal students' professional practical ability,integrate the curriculum system of training normal students' professional practical ability,take effective measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of the participants,and construct a reasonable assessment and guarantee mechanism of practice quality.
