对高职院校干部聘任制的思考

摘　　要：高职院校的干部队伍是学校管理运行的主要力量,中层干部是这支队伍的中坚力量,对学校的发展办学具有非常重要的作用。因此,如何聘任合格的高职院校中层干部是当前大部分高职院校管理队伍需要解决的问题。本文中作者根据当前高职院校干部聘任制度方面存在的问题进行了简单的分析,并提出了几点改善意见。The cadres in higher vocational colleges are the main force in the management and operation,and the middle-level cadres are the backbone of this force,they plays a very imporiant role in the development of colleges.Therefore,how to recruit qualified middle-level cadres in higher vocational colleges is a problem that most of the management teams of higher vocational colleges need to solve.In this paper,the author makes a simple analysis of the problems existing in the current cadre appointment system in Higher Vocational colleges,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
