摘  要:乡村振兴战略是党和国家实现两个一百年奋斗目标的重要战略之一,乡村振兴有许多路径,但归根结底在于人才素质的提升。北京农村社区教育已经并将继续在北京乡村振兴中发挥重要作用,这就需要提高农村社区教育在北京乡村振兴中的战略地位。文章分析了北京农村社区教育在乡村振兴中发挥的重要作用、面临的挑战和制约,提出了发展北京农村社区教育的建议。The rural revitalization strategy is one of the crucial strategies for CPC and the State to achieve the goal of two hundred-year struggle. There are many paths for rural revitalization, but ultimately requiring to depend on talents. Beijing rural community education has played and will continue to play an important role in the rural revitalization. It is necessary to improve the strategic positioning of rural community education in the rural revitalization. This paper analyzes the important roles, challenges and constraints from rural community education, and puts forward suggestions to advance the rural community education in Beijing.
