摘  要:分析了环境工程技术专业毕业生就业岗位群和典型工作,探讨基于现代学徒制的高职环境工程技术专业人才培养体系设计问题。介绍了基于岗位群典型工作构建专业模块化课程体系和课程标准、实施工学交替的实践教学模式,提出了生产性实训条件建设、专兼结合的教学团队建设、实践教学共管机制等质量保障措施。This paper analyses the job groups and typical jobs of graduates majoring in environmental engineering technology, and probes into the design of talent training system of Environmental Engineering Technology specialty in higher vocational colleges based on modern apprenticeship. The construction of professional modular curriculum system and curriculum standards based on the typical work of a post group and the implementation of the practice teaching mode of work-study alternation are introduced, and some quality assurance measures such as the construction of productive training conditions, the construction of teaching team combining specialty with concurrent work and the co-management mechanism of practical teaching are puts forward.
