摘 要:目的:探讨微课结合翻转课堂在病理学实验教学中的应用和效果。方法:选择蚌埠医学院临床医学系2015级学生100名,随机分成2组,A组(对照组)接受传统方式授课,B组(实验组)接受微课结合翻转课堂模式的授课,以病理实验考试试卷和问卷调查的方式结合起来综合评价教学效果。结果:实验组的教学效果明显优于对照组,微课结合翻转课堂应用于病理学实验教学提高了学生的学习兴趣、自主学习能力、增强对病理学理论知识的理解、培养创新思维以及促进小组合作。结论:在病理学实验教学中应用微课结合翻转课堂的方法可以提高教学质量,提高学生的素养,能有效地弥补传统教学的弊端。Objective:To explore the application and effect of micro-course combined with flip classroom in experimental teaching of pathology.Methods:100 students from 2015 Clinical Medicine Department,Bengbu Medical College,were randomly divided into two groups:group A(control group)received traditional teaching and group B(experimental group)received teaching in combination with micro-course and flipping classroom mode.The teaching effect is evaluated by combining the examination paper with the questionnaire survey.Results:The teaching effect of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group.The micro-course combined with flipping class was applied to the experimental teaching of pathology to improve the students'learning interest and autonomous learning ability,enhance the understanding of the theoretical knowledge of pathology,foster innovative thinking and promote group cooperation.Conclusion:The application of micro-course combined with flipping classroom in pathology experiment teaching can improve the teaching quality,enhance the students'accomplishment,and make up for the disadvantages of the traditional teaching effectively.
