校企文化双向融通视角下高职校园文化建设问题与对策

摘　　要：高职院校的校园文化建设对于提升学院核心竞争力,培养学生职业素质至关重要。通过对高职院校校园文化建设现状的调查,发现建设过程中存在的诸多问题,并在此基础上提出针对校企文化双向融通视角下校园文化建设的建议。The construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges is very important to the enhancement of the core competitiveness of colleges and the cultivation of students'professional quality.By investigating the current situation of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges,many problems were found in the process of construction.Based on the further analysis,some suggestions were put forward on campus culture construction from the perspective of bidirectional integration of college and enterprise culture.
