摘　　要：《建筑工程计量与计价》课程是工程造价专业的核心课程.作者根据人才培养方案、课程标准、造价工程师岗位职业特点,以培养学生解决实际问题的综合能力为本位,采用基于课程网络教学平台的线上线下混合式教学模式进行教学.运用VR、AR、视频连线企业造价工程师、微课、BIM算量、对量软件等信息化教学手段,有效地解决了教学重难点问题,达成了教学目标.The course“Measurement and Valuation of Construction Engineering” is the core course of engineering cost specialty.According to the talent training program,curriculum standards and the professional characteristics of cost engineer positions,the author takes the training of students′ comprehensive ability to solve practical problems as the standard,and adopts the online and offline hybrid teaching mode based on the course network teaching platform.By using the information teaching methods such as VR,AR,video connecting enterprise cost engineer,micro-course,BIM calculation and volume software,the key and difficult problems in teaching are effectively solved and teaching objectives are achieved.
