摘  要:目的 探讨思维导图结合PBL教学法在血液病临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选择西安交通大学2014级临床医学八年制64名学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组(应用思维导图结合PBL教学法)和对照组(应用PBL教学法),通过课堂测试和问卷调查来比较两组学生对授课内容的认知程度,评价教学效果及学生反馈。结果 课堂测试成绩比较显示,两组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),学生评价该教学法有利于临床思维的培养。结论 思维导图结合PBL教学法应用于血液病临床教学中效果良好,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping combined with PBL teaching method in hematology teaching. Methods 64 students majored in eight-year Clinical Medicine program of Xi'an Jiaotong University in the class of 2014 were selected. They were randomly divided into the experimental group (in which application mind mapping combined with PBL teaching method was adopted) and the control group (using PBL teaching method) to evaluate the teaching effect. The cognitive level of the two groups was compared through tests and questionnaires. Results The comparison of test scores showed that the difference between the two groups is of statistical significance ( P<0.05). According to students' evaluation, this teaching method is beneficial to the cultivation of clinical thinking. Conclusion The combination of mind mapping and PBL teaching method in hematology teaching is effective and worth promoting.
