摘　　要：随着高等教育的快速发展,其质量备受关注。如何对大学课堂的教学质量进行评价和监控,是一个复杂的系统工程。在这个工程中,就大学课堂教学质量评价和监控的参与主体而言,可以借鉴企业组织管理学中的相关利益者理论进行分析,以构建适应我国高等教育发展现状的多元评价主体体系,并明确不同主体在大学课堂教学质量评价中的视角和重点。With the rapid development of higher education, the quality of higher education has absorbed much more attention. How to evaluate and monitor classroom teaching quality in universities is a complicated systematic project in which the stakeholder theory in enterprise management can be used as reference for analysis to construct multiplex evaluation subject system applying to the current situation of Chinese higher education development and identify the perspective and focus of the different subjects in the university classroom teaching quality evaluation.
