大学与区域互动视域下社区教育课程开发策略

摘  要:大学与区域间在文化、经济与政治之间的互动关系是社区教育课程开发的重要前提。教育价值定位是社区学院课程开发的核心影响要素;居民需要是社区学院课程开发的直接影响要素;社区教育管理机制是影响社区学院课程开发的制度性因素。因此,社区学院课程需要开发多层级、多样化的课程类型;按照课程的公益性与私益性差异,建立差别性的收费制度;根据社区居民需要不断提升课程体系的层级与边界;关注社区精英发展的需要,设置部分高端前瞻性课程。The interaction between universities and regions in culture, economy and politics is an important prerequisite for curriculum development of community education. Educational value orientation is the core influencing factor of curriculum development in community colleges;residents' needs are the direct influencing factor of curriculum development in community colleges;and community education management mechanism is the institutional factor influencing curriculum development in community colleges. Therefore, community colleges need to develop multi-level and diversified curriculum types;establish different charging system according to the differences between public and private interests of the curriculum;constantly improve the level and boundary of the curriculum system according to the needs of community residents;pay attention to the needs of community elite development, and set up some high-end forward-looking courses.
