摘  要:近年来,随着营养治疗成为一线治疗,临床营养科得到各级医疗机构的高度重视,纷纷派专业技术人员到我科进修学习。然而,面对缺乏营养学基础的进修生,如何保证教学质量,是我科面临的重大挑战。病例分析法是近年来发展迅猛的教学方法之一。本文结合我科多年的进修生带教经验,探讨病例分析法对提高临床营养进修生临床能力的意义。通过对病例的分析,将营养融入其中,培养进修生以病例为导向的临床营养思维,促进临床营养专业人员水平的提高。实践证明,病例分析法的应用不但提高了进修生的理论水平及实践操作能力,更重要的是提高了进修生的综合素质,为其后在临床营养的发展奠定了一定的基础。In recent years, as nutrition treatment has become the firstline treatment, clinical nutrition department has been highly valued by medical institutions at all levels, and professional and technical personnel have been sent to our department for further study. However,how to guarantee the teaching quality is a great challenge for the advanced students who lack the nutrition foundation. Case analysis is one of the rapidly developing teaching methods in recent years. In this paper, the significance of case analysis in improving the clinical ability of advanced students is discussed based on the teaching experience of advanced students in our department for many years. Through the analysis of cases, nutrition will be integrated into them, and the case-oriented clinical nutrition thinking of advanced students will be cultivated to improve the level of clinical nutrition professionals.Practice has proved that the application of case analysis method not only improves the theoretical level and practical operation ability of the advanced students, but more importantly improves the comprehensive quality of the advanced students, laying a certain foundation for the development of clinical nutrition.
