摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后医学继续教育的必经之路,影像专业规培是住院医师规范化培训的重要组成部分。本文通过本科室影像专业规培生的规范化培训现状进行分析总结,从影像专业规培生的专科及科研培养方法、科室的规培方法及考核制度、带教老师的职责等方面进行阐述,最后总结本模式下的经验不足以期今后在对规培生专科业务能力提升的基础之上,同时做到规培生科研能力的培养。科室应当给规培生创造良好的科室工作学习氛围和多样的学习形式,并严格执行考核制度,带教老师必须有责任心起到督导作用,最重要的是培养规培生的自主学习能力。The standardized training of residents is the only way for medical students to continue their medical education after graduation, and the standardized training of medical imaging specialty is an important part of the standardized training of residents. Here, we analyze and summarize the current situation of standardized training for training radiology residents in our department. This paper expounds the training methods of professional and scientific research, the training methods and assessment system of departments, and the responsibilities of teachers. Finally, we summarize the experience of this mode in order to improve the professional ability and cultivate their scientific research ability of training radiology residents. Departments should create good working and learning atmosphere and various learning styles for the residents, and strictly implement the assessment system. Teachers must have a sense of responsibility to play a supervisory role. The most important thing is to cultivate the selfstudy ability of radiology residents.
