积极德育理念对高职院校德育工作的启示

摘　　要：当前高职院校的德育工作中存在着重管理轻引导、重说教轻体验、重理论轻实践的问题,受积极心理学内涵及理念的启示,在高职院校中引入积极德育的教育理念有助于培养学生的道德主体意识、提升学生的道德体验认同、增强学生的道德行动意愿,因而对高职院校德育工作的改善有重要意义。Nowadays,there are some problems of the Moral Education in Higher Vocational College,such as values management over leading,values sermonizing over experiencing;values theory over practice.Inspired by the concept of positive psychology,bringing in the concept of positive moral education does help to improve the Moral Education of Higher Vocational College in that it helps to cultivate students’consciousness of moral subject,enhance students’moral experience identification and enhance students’willingness to act morally.
