摘  要:由联合国经济合作与发展组织(OECD)发起的国际学生评估项目(PISA)在促进教育改革和改善教育政策方面发挥着重要作用。德国和加拿大从一开始就参加PISA测试,并通过测试结果积极反思本国教育体制,其中德国属于"政策反思"型变革,加拿大属于"政策巩固"型变革。借鉴德国和加拿大由PISA测试引发的教育政策回应及革新,我国需严格教师资格认证制度,大力促进教育公平,建立与国家测评衔接的国内教育监测体系,以推进基础教育的深层次发展。Program for International Student Assessment(PISA) program,sponsored by the United Nations Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD),which plays an important role in promoting education reform and improving education policies. Germany and Canada partici pated in the PISA test from the beginning, and actively reflected on the national education system through the test results. Among them,Germany is a "policy reflection"type of revolution,and Canada is a "policy consolidation"type of revolution. Drawing on the education policy response and innovation triggered by the PISA test in Germany and Canada,China needs strict teacher qualification certification system,vigorously promotes education equity,and establishes a domestic education monitoring system linked with national assessment to promote the deep development of basic education.
