试析职业教育与县域产业发展的耦合效应

摘　　要：针对当前国内职业教育存在的问题,以县域产教融合发展的"太仓经验"为背景,基于太仓县域特色产业的发展现状,分析其职业教育耕植于本土产业发展的基础条件,对职业教育的发展举措以及产教深度融合的运行模式进行剖析,总结职业教育与县域产业发展之间的耦合效应,形成可复制、可推广的县域经济发展的一种基本范式.Based on the problems existing in the current domestic vocational education, the "Taicang model" of the integration of production and education in counties is studied in this paper. According to the development status of the characteristic industry in the county, the basic conditions of the cultivation of vocational education and the development of the local industry are analyzed, and the measures for the development of vocational education and the operation mode of the integration of the depth of production and education are deeply analyzed. Finally, the coupling effect between vocational education and county industrial development is summed up, thus forming a replicable and popularized experience and theory of county economic development.
