摘 要:下篇为本文第二部分,从高校招生制度的社会功能和变革演进的驱动因素、引领和贯穿高校招生制度演进过程的指导思想、科学选才与公平选才的辩证关系、高校中学与考生从利益相关者到评价主体的变化、新高考对高考改革的延续深化和突破、功利应试惯性对高考改革的阻碍掣肘和克服等方面,探讨了高校招生制度变革演进的内在逻辑。This next part is the second part of the paper. From the social function of the university enrollment system and the driving factors of its evolution, the guiding ideology that guides and runs through the evolution of the university enrollment system, the dialectical relationship between scientific and fair selection of talents, the change of college, middle school and examinee from stakeholders to evaluation subjects, the continuation, deepening and breakthrough of the new college entrance examination reform, the obstacles, constraints and restrictions of utilitarian inertia in the reform of college entrance examination, this paper probes into the internal logic of the reform and evolution of the university enrollment system.
