摘  要:目的探讨基于慕课的“健康评估”混合式教学改革在护理本科生中的应用效果。方法选择2017年3—6月74名2015级护理本科生为对照组,接常规“健康评估”课程教学,将2018年3—6月57名2016级护理本科生作为观察组,接受基于慕课的“健康评估”混合式教学,用《健康评估学习自我效能问卷》调查并比较2组学生的学习自我效能水平,同时分析其期末理论和操作考试成绩差异及课程反馈评价结果。结果观察组学习自我效能得分高于对照组(P<0.05),其期末理论和操作成绩均优于对照组(P<0.01),对课程的反馈评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于慕课的“健康评估”混合式教学改革比传统教学能更有效提高护理本科生的学习自我效能、改善其理论和操作成绩及对课程的反馈评价。Objective To explore the effect of a MOOC-based blended teaching model on Health Assessment among nursing undergraduates.Methods From March to June of 2017,Seventy-four nursing undergraduates in grade 2015 were recruited as the control group to receive the routine teaching of Health Assessment,while from March to June of 2018,57 nursing undergraduates in grade 2016 were selected as the experimental group to receive the MOOC-based blended teaching.Students’self-efficacy was evaluated by using the Health Assessment Learning Self-efficacy Questionnaire and students’performance in the final theoretical and skill examination,as well as their satisfaction with the teaching were compared.Results The experimental group had higher scores in terms of self-efficacy(P<0.05),and the final theoretical and skill examination scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion The MOOC-based blended teaching can effectively improve the learning self-efficacy of nursing undergraduates,as well as their performance in theoretical and skill examinations and teaching satisfaction,which is worthy to be promoted.
