摘 要:翻转课堂实现了信息技术与教学实践的有效结合,促进了教学模式的创新,是技术促进教与学的典范。本文运用数理统计、问卷调查以及教学实验的方法,对翻转课堂教学模式在体操课中的运用进行了深入细致的研究。结果表明:翻转课堂教学模式能实现学生课内与课外学习深度化、课前与课后教育一体化,延伸了教学维度,提高了教学质量;能提高学生学习的主动性和创造性,培养学生综合能力的同时,更加注重其学习过程中的情感体验;优化了教学过程,缩短了掌握动作技术的周期,符合动作技能形成的规律,完全能满足体育术科教学的需求。Flipped classroom realizes the effective combination of information technology and teaching practice,which promotes the innovation of teaching mode,and is the model of technology promoting teaching and learning.In this paper,the author uses mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and teaching experiment to study the application of flipped classroom teaching model in gymnastics class. The results show that: The flipped classroom teaching mode can realize the integration of students’ in-class and out-of-class learning,pre-class and after-class education,extend the teaching dimension and improve the teaching quality. It can not only improve students’ initiative and creativity in learning,but also cultivate students’ comprehensive ability while paying more attention to their emotional experience in the learning process. It optimizes the teaching process,shortens the period of mastering the skill of movement,conforms to the rule of forming the skill of movement,and can fully meet the needs of sports skill teaching.
