高职院校专业质量保障体系的构建探析

摘　　要：针对高职院校专业质量保障体系构建存在质量观念淡薄,质量保证的主体意识不强,办学历史较短,质量保障体系建设能力不足的现实困境,基于现实环境开展了可行性分析,提出了“内外并举、双元驱动、平台支撑”的高职专业质量保障体系构建思路。“内部专业自主保证、外部专业国际认证”相结合,实现质量保障多维度、全覆盖;通过机制驱动、文化驱动相结合,为专业质量保障提供动力源泉;通过平台支撑,过程监测,为专业质量保障提供决策支持。In view of weak quality concept,weak consciousness of quality assurance,a short history of running a school and insufficient capacity in construction of specialty quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the feasibility based on the realistic environment, and puts forward the construction idea, including the combination of internal and external development, dual drive and platform support. Independent guarantee of internal specialty and international certification of external specialty combined will achieve multidimensional and full coverage quality assurance;the mechanism -driven and cultural -driven combination will provide a source of motivation for specialty quality assurance;platform support and process monitoring will provide decision-making support for specialty quality assurance.
