摘  要:《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》提出“双一流”建设总方案,明确指出“培养拔尖创新人才”的建设任务。“双一流”建设对人才培养提出新要求,一流医学人才培养面临新挑战。人才培养是我国高等院校“双一流”建设的重要着力点,医学教育在取得巨大成就的同时也面临“双一流”建设要求下的改革机遇。大规模开放在线课程(massive open online courses,MOOC)+数字徽章技术作为一种新兴的基于网络的教学与质量控制模式已经在全球得到了广泛关注。文章结合当前医学教育的教学特点,分析MOOC+数字徽章技术在医学教育中应用的优势、模式与挑战,为高等院校“双一流”建设中一流医学人才培养提供新思路。The“Overall Plan for the Promotion of World-class Universities and First-class Discipline Construction”proposes a“double first-class”construction plan.The plan clearly pointed out the task of“training and creating outstanding innovative talents”.The“double firstclass”construction puts forward new requirements for personnel training,the cultivation of first-class medical talents faces new challenges.Talent training is an important focus of the“double first-class”construction of universities in China,although medical education has made tremendous achievement,it faces a great opportunity for reform under the requirements of the“double first-class”construction.Massive open online courses(MOOC)and digital badges as an emerging web-based teaching and quality control model has attracted worldwide attention.Based on the current teaching characteristics of medical education,this paper analyzes the advantages,modes and challenges of MOOC and digital badge technology in medical education.This article will provide new ideas for medical talents training in the“double first-class”construction of universities.
