摘  要:外科临床教学中,教师要想提升学生的综合水平,就要依据现代化教育理念,建构完整的教学模式,不仅要强化理论教学,也要强化实践指导中的教学路径,教师要结合学生的基本学情建立完整的教学机制,才能在提高学生学习兴趣的基础上有效提升自身的综合实践能力。基于此,教师要引导学生积极参与到临床教学体系中,利用更加新颖有效的教学引导机制,确保学生在参与外科临床学习的过程中能提升对相关问题的认知水平,有效提升自身的实践能力和综合水平,为学生综合实践能力和素质的提升奠定基础。在外科临床教学中导入“问题教学”也能从根本上提高学生对病因病情的认知水平,为进一步优化教学效果创设良好的教学基础。文章简要分析了问题教学方式的内涵,并从学生主动性、学生思维两个层面分析了外科临床教学中应用“问题教学”的优势,最后着重阐释了外科临床教学中导入“问题教学”的教学措施,并对建立平等化师生关系展开了讨论,旨在为外科临床教学指导教师提供相应的教学建议,仅供参考。In clinical surgery teaching,if teachers want to improve students'comprehensive level,they should construct a complete teaching model according to the modern educational concept,not only strengthen theoretical teaching,but also strengthen the teaching path in practical guidance.Only when teachers establish a complete teaching mechanism according to students'basic learning conditions,can they improve the teaching quality.On the basis of students'interest in learning,they can effectively improve their comprehensive practical ability.Based on this,teachers should guide students to participate actively in clinical teaching system,make use of more novel and effective teaching guidance mechanism,ensure that students can improve their cognitive level of related issues,effectively enhance their practical ability and comprehensive level in the process of participating in clinical surgery learning,and provide students with comprehensive practical ability and factors.Quality improvement lays the foundation.Introducing"problem-based teaching"into clinical surgery teaching can also fundamentally improve students'understanding of etiology and illness,and create a good teaching foundation for further optimizing the teaching effect.This paper briefly analyzed the connotation of problembased teaching,and analyzed the advantages of applying problem-based teaching in surgical clinical teaching from the aspects of students'initiative and students'thinking.At last,the teaching measures of introducing problem-based teaching into surgical clinical teaching were explained emphatically,and the establishment of equal teacher-student relationship was discussed.The purpose of this study is to provide some teaching suggestions for clinical surgical instructors for reference only.
