摘 要:混合动力装甲车辆已经成为下一代军用移动平台的发展趋势。混合动力装甲车辆是一种非线性、强耦合的复杂系统,负载之间功率流动复杂、行车模式多,使用传统的基于规则能量控制策略,存在控制精度低、鲁棒性差、不适应装甲车特性等问题。针对上述问题,设计了一种基于智能模糊控制的多模式混能量控制策略。基于45吨级混合动力装甲车辆,对车辆动力总成和复合电源系统结构进行了选型和参数匹配,建立了复合电源控制策略,并在Matlab/Simulink环境中建立了串联式混合动力车辆整车仿真平台,在Simulink/Stateflow环境中建立了各控制逻辑仿真模型。对车辆进行了驾驶循环仿真和使用电磁装甲的仿真。仿真结果表明,车辆的控制策略能够有效地分配复合电源系统内部以及复合电源系统和负载之间的功率,良好地实现了控制意图,具有强鲁棒性及智能性。Hybrid armored vehicles have become the development trend of the next generation of main battle tanks.The hybrid armored vehicle is a kind of nonlinear and strong coupling complex system.The power flow between loads is complex and the driving modes are multi-purpose.The traditional rule-based energy control strategy may result in low control precision and poor robustness.In view of the above problems,a multi-mode hybrid energy control strategy based on intelligent fuzzy control was designed.Based on the 45-ton hybrid armored vehicle,the vehicle powertrain and compound power supply system structure was selected and matched,and the composite power control strategy was established.The series hybrid vehicle was built in the Simulation platform of Matlab/Simulink environment and a control logic simulation model was established in the Simulink/Stateflow environment.C-WTVC driving cycle simulation and the electromagnetic armor simulation were carried out with vehicles f.The simulation results show that the control strategy of the vehicle can effectively distribute the power between the composite power system and the composite power system and the load,which achieves the control intention well and has strong robustness and intelligence.
