摘　　要：为落实十九大精神,在新时代中国特色社会主义引领下加快教育现代化,创新医用化学"弹性教学"模式就显得尤为重要。本文以文献调研和实践经验为基础,首先分析了国内外教育模式的现状,然后强调创新医用化学教学模式的必要性,最后提出"以人为本"创新医用化学弹性教学模式的方法和措施,以真正顺应新时代"以人为本"思想,达到教育的信息化、高效化、应用化,为培养高素质、应用型、创新型社会需求的职业技术人才打下坚实的基础。It is particularly important to innovate the "flexible teaching" mode of medical chemistry under the guidance of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, which will implement spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and accelerate education modernization. Based on literature research and practical experience, firstly, this paper analyzed the current situation of education mode at home and abroad, and then emphasized the necessity of innovative medical chemistry teaching mode, finally, the method and measure of innovating medical chemistry flexible teaching mode with "human-oriented" were put forward, which is truly conforming to the "human-oriented" thought of the new era, and which will achieve the informationization, high efficiency and application of education, and lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of professional technical talents with high quality, practical and innovative social demands.
