摘 要:21世纪以来,我国公共文化事业尤其是图书馆事业持续高速发展,然而,图书馆学教育和人才培养滞后于国家文化事业发展,课程体系未能适应国家重大文化发展战略需求,学生的专业实践能力与专业认同感不足。针对上述问题,中山大学图书馆学教学团队秉持“文化遗产是根源、文化设施是根基、文化人才是根本”的“三根”人才培养理念,采用“多层次的课程体系结构、多类型的课程资源建设、多维度的教学支撑机制”的“三多”人才培养模式,实行“早科研、早实践、早服务”的“三早”人才培养方式,创建面向国家文化需求,融合“教学、实践、科研、服务”的“四位一体”图书馆学教育模式,为中国图书馆学教育提供了新的发展路向。Since the start of the new century, there have been clear signs of less demand for public librarianship in the UK and the US due to the economic crisis, while public cultural undertakings in China, especially librarianship, have maintained consistent and rapid development. However, there is a massive gap between library science education and social needs in China. The library science curriculum in China fails to adapt to the country's major cultural needs, and students are lack of professional practice and more widespread recognition for the profession. There are serious problems that should be addressed urgently by educators of library science. There are pressing needs to seek out ways to produce more professional individuals who can respond to the needs of national public cultural service and the development of document preservation with cultural heritage and cultural development as the basic tenets, and cultural confidence as a guide. In the last ten years, the library science teaching team of Sun Yatsen University has explored and created a practical educational plan of library science. Adhering to the vision of “cultural heritage as the root, cultural facilities as the foundation and cultural talent as the eventual aim,” the teaching team adopts a personnel training mode characterized by a multi level curriculum structure, multitype course resource development, and multidimensional teaching support mechanisms. Besides, the team implements a training mode of “early research, early practice, and early service” and establishes the innovative quaternity system for talent cultivation. In teaching, we created a “basiscoregeneral” curriculum system to promote the students professional and cultural literacy. In research, we encourage students to participate in scientific research projects, such as library legislation research to cultivate their research and innovation ability.
