摘  要:高职英语教师实践共同体是教师群体以高职英语教学实践问题为基础而进行英语交流学习与资源共享的平台。然而,在教学实践过程中却出现了教学理论与实践脱节、教师的内在成长需求未能激发、教师之间的合作意识淡薄等问题,影响了教师实践共同体的可持续发展。在专业群建设背景下,分析建构高职英语教师实践共同体的影响因素和动力机制,并提出建构策略。English teachers'community of practice in vocational colleges is a platform for English teachers to discuss teaching problems and share teaching resources.However,the English education in vocational colleges has some problems.For example,there is serious divergence between teaching theories and practices;English teachers are reluctant to improve their teaching abilities further and cooperate with each other.These problems severely impact the function and sustainable development of the teachers'community of teaching practice.Therefore,under the background of specialty group construction,this paper tries to analyze the influencing factors and motivation mechanism of the English teachers'community of practice and,more importantly,puts forward the strategies to construct the English teachers'community of practice in vocational colleges.
