摘　　要：如何培养学生的综合素质、创新精神、创新意识和创新能力,已成为高校教学改革的关键和核心,培养创新型人才也成为衡量高校质量最重要的指标。以我校的自动化专业为研究对象,结合OBE(outcome based education,成果导向教育)理念,以学生为中心,以成果为导向,考虑国家发展趋势及社会、行业及企业发展需求,注重学生创新能力的提高,重构实践类教学体系,落实创新学分制度的实施,打造创新教师团队,构建学生创新能力培养和教师队伍建设协同发展的新模式。How to cultivate students’comprehensive quality,innovative spirit and innovation consciousness and the ability to innovate has become the key and core of the teaching reform in colleges and universities.Whether it can cultivate innovative talents has become the most important indicator for measuring the quality of colleges and universities.This article combines OBE(outcome based education)concept,student-centered,results-oriented,considering national development trends and social,industry and enterprise development needs,focusing on the improvement of students’innovative ability,the article reconstructs the practical teaching system,implementing innovative credits,building an innovative teacher team,and developing a new model of students’innovative ability training and teacher team building.
