摘　　要：教师培训者作为影响中小学教师培训效果的重要因素,应该以培训课程为平台和载体,更好地实现教师培训的价值表达。为此需要清晰准确定位,承担起教育理论阐释者、教育价值引领者、基础教育关注者和研究者的角色功能。为更好体现以上角色功能,教师培训者应该增强角色意识、研究设计培训资源、探索改进培训方法,并加深对基础教育的情感理解。As an important factor affecting the training effect of primary and secondary school teachers, teacher trainers should use the training curriculum as a platform and carrier to better realize the value expression of teacher training. To this end, it needs to be clearly and accurately positioned, and assume the role of educational theory interpreters, educational value leaders, basic education followers and researchers. In order to better reflect the above role functions, teacher trainers should enhance role awareness, research design training resources, explore and improve training methods, and deepen the emotional understanding of basic education.
