摘 要:幼儿园男教师是个特殊的群体,值得研究与关注。幼儿园男教师职业发展模型构建有着较强的理论价值与实践意义。本文从幼儿园男教师的个体层面出发,从个体心理的知、情、意、行发展过程角度,探讨了幼儿园男教师职业发展模型的构成要素及其相互作用,具体包括幼儿园男教师的职业认同、职业情感与幸福感、职业胜任力与职业规划四个方面。Male Kindergarten teachers, a special group, are worthy of study and attention.Building the male Kindergarten teachers' development career model also has a strong theoretical and practical significance. Therefore, in this paper, from the perspective of individual psychological, we observe the behaviors of male kindergarten teachers and study main factors of their career development model, which include professional identity, emotion and happiness, professional competence and career planning. The mutual interactions of these factors are also elaborated in the paper.
